1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the malbat website (the "Platform"), registering an account, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by malbat, you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions published on the Platform from time to time.

malbat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the malbat Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed by malbat for breach of these Terms.

malbat takes age verification seriously. We may request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any time, including prior to processing your first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation. Any person who knowingly provides false information to circumvent the age verification process will have their account permanently closed and any associated funds forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

To access the full range of malbat services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to notify malbat promptly of any changes to your registered details. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active malbat account. Duplicate or multiple accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — are strictly prohibited. Where malbat identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual (by name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or other identifiers), malbat reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or winnings, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. malbat will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting malbat customer support. malbat also reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

malbat supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods may change from time to time; please check the Finance / Wallet section for the most current list.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These thresholds are subject to change at malbat's discretion with reasonable notice provided to users.

4.3 Ownership of Payment Methods

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. malbat does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. malbat reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity appears unusual.

4.5 Errors & Disputed Transactions

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, malbat reserves the right to correct the error at any time. You must not withdraw or wager funds that you know, or reasonably suspect, have been credited in error. Failure to report an erroneous credit may result in account suspension.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the malbat Platform are subject to the general rules set out in these Terms and to any specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or event rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• malbat reserves the right to void any bet where it has been placed on a suspended or incorrectly priced market, or where the outcome of an event has been affected by corrupt or illegal activity.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of malbat's internal review team is final, subject to any applicable escalation process.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, for example due to a change in game state, a review of pricing, or technical issues.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

malbat may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the relevant promotional offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria will be stated in each promotion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. Bonus funds not used within the stated period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• malbat reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or reclaim any bonus at any time if it determines that the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner contrary to these Terms or the spirit of the promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the malbat Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or odds-pricing systems.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players or third parties.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to disguise the origin of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false personal information or impersonating another individual.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward malbat staff or other users.
• Any activity that malbat reasonably believes is designed to defraud the Platform or its users.

8. Responsible Gaming

malbat is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools that allow you to manage your gambling activity, including deposit limits, time-out periods, and self-exclusion. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the malbat Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, and software — is the property of malbat or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from malbat is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, malbat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from system downtime, data loss, incorrect odds, or delayed payment processing.

malbat does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. malbat's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

malbat collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the malbat Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, you may seek independent dispute resolution through the appropriate channel.

13. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and malbat with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Waiver: malbat's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
